Help Desk SOS

Please follow these simple steps for immediate help or if directed by our Help Desk Technicians:

  1. Select your operating system for your computer \ device by clicking the buttons below. We support both computers, servers and mobile devices.
     

  2. Our website will download our secure SOS Remote Control Software to your device. Open that file, and the software will install. If asked by your device, you must allow remote access to your computer so we can get on.
     

  3. The SOS Software will start, and it creates a 9-digit security code. Provide this code to Zeleration's Help Desk Techncians and they will be able to remotely operate your computer and create a support ticket for your SOS session.
     

  4. When we are done, you can close the SOS Software, and no one will have access to your computer until the next time you need our help, then you open it again, and it provides a new code.​

    BILLING NOTICE:
    Our Help Desk SOS Service does not require you to be an existing client, but you should review our labor rates before requesting our help. SOS Requests are billed on a per-incident basis for remote diagnostics and service required to fix your issue. Charges must be paid via a credit card that is validated before service is provided and charged after the issue is resolved.​
