Please follow these simple steps:

1. Click the Microsoft Windows Installer button below, and our website will download a file to your computers downloads folder. After the download is complete you must open the file, and the software will start to install.
    

2. Follow the software directions and accept the default settings. You must allow our software full security permissions and full access to your computer(s).

After the software installer is finished, please email the Zeleration Technology Help Desk so we can associate your computer(s) with a Company Account and begin helping you. Our software allows us to provide remote access support, updates \ patch management, backup software, security software, and support ticket management through a secure encrypted connection to your computer(s), both PCs and Servers.
